We absolutely love this location. We have had the best customer service and both our dogs really love to visit. Francesca has went above and beyond to make sure Tobias has the best experience when getting groomed. All of the groomers and staff here are excellent and I can not recommend them enough. Here is a photo from his groom on his birthday.

Melitza has been our dog groomer for several years and she does a fantastic job! She is a good listener and I have never had a problem with my special requests. I know my dog ​​is in good hands because she takes the time to ask the right questions and point out the things that concern her. She always adds a little extra, like bows or bandanas, which I find adorable.

First time My baby got a full grooming and I couldn’t be more Happy he looks so handsome. Becky thank you for doing a great job and being so kind with my puppy. Don’t hesitate and take your pup to Becky.

I consistently enjoy shopping at Kriser's for my muffin. Their service is consistently swift and hassle-free. I exclusively order from this location for deliveries to the south side of Chicago, and each time, my order is accurate and punctually delivered. This time, they even included some delightful surprises. While I typically don't write reviews, I wanted to express my gratitude to Kriser's and Angel. You've gained a loyal customer – paws down!

Excellent customer service! I was greeted immediately upon walking in and the associate was so nice. She provided great suggestions and was super helpful. They have a great selection of cat food and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this store for your pets needs. Five stars!

Ever since I adopted Caboose, we have loved coming to Kriser's to browse and shop. Caboose got groomed here for the first time yesterday and she looks fabulous! She came home very happy, too! Very happy with how the groomer listened to my preferences and worked with me to come up with what Caboose needed. Before and after attached

Raphael and Chris are the best groomers in the city. They always do such an amazing job with Logan. I wouldn’t bring him to anyone else in the city. Highly recommend Krisers for their grooming.

While walking Downtown, we found Krisers. What a great store for speciality treats such as freeze dried animal livers. Diverse options for toys and since we are partial to Kong brand, we were happy. Best part was the free food samples. I use them as treats. Planning on visiting this gem of a store again.

My baby Bagel had his hair cut today and was very satisfied (and so was I)! The price was reasonable, and Bagel’s groomer, Cris, did her job wonderfully. We will definitely visit again.
